Pro Tour Locker Room Checklist

__ Minimum of 156 full size tall lockers or 312 double stack lockers tall enough to fit a driver.
__ List of players in the field plus alternates. (dozen copies)
__ Custom engraved locker name plates. Defending champion and past champions can also have year of victory engraved.
__ Daily tee times list. (dozen copies)
__ Area for player registration close to locker room.  Greeters can walk players to locker room entrance and introduce to staff.  Helps with name recognition. 
__ Area for player services.
__ Large bulletin board and push pins.
__ Area to store Clubgloves for quick retrieval. Need large masking tape to tag each Clubglove with pro’s name.
__ Secure bag storage room.
__ Package receiving and shipping coordinated secure system (UPS, FedEX, U.S. Mail) with follow up contact person and phone number.
__ Locker area for reps’ packages.
__ Separate locker area for Titleist.
__ Empty boxes and packing tape to ship clubs, etc....
__ Area for courtesy phones with note pads and pens/pencils for pros.
__ Phone # list of tournament offices.
__ Wireless internet.
__ Area for PGA Tour travel coordinator, Eric HilCoff. (normally player dining)
__ Area for Shot Link.
__Table for golf bag towels, tees, Amino Vital products, candy, gum, miscellaneous items and player requested autographs on flags and golf bags.
__ Towels with tournament logo for players’ bags.  (optional as the towels will “disappear”)
__ Privacy areas for personal fitness trainers.
__ Area for massage therapists. (complimentary service)
__ Fitness Center hours posted.
__ Lockable locker room.
__ Lock each locker at night.
__ Key for each attendant.
__ 24 hour security.
__ Security cameras.
__ Access very limited with photo IDs.
__ Extra large double glass door cooler for bottled water, soft drinks and sport drinks with a box of plastic shoe bags next to it. To be completely stocked each night and throughout the day as needed. Coordinated product delivery system.
__ Player family dining with flat screens.
__ Player only dining with flat screens. (optional)
__ Flat screens in locker room.
__ Daily newspapers both local and from players’ home towns.
__ Dry cleaning and laundry service with hours posted. Need large size plastic bags.
__ Barber service.
__ Softspikes and Champ reps supply their spikes plus need new Adidas type.
__ Extra socks in case needed.
__ Extra umbrellas in case needed.
__ Staff of 4 to 5 who are experienced, honest and hardworking.
__ Separate locker area for pro-am participants with individual lockers or each group in one locker if necessary (assures trust factor), arranged either alphabetical or by alternating AM and PM tee times (for elbow room), depending upon the amount of lockers and space available.
__ List of names of pro-am participants with tee times, name of their playing pro and locker number.  (6 copies) 
__ Locker name plates for pro-am participants with name of each amateur, tee time and pro.
__ Rain delay room.
__ Extra band aids, various size athletic tape, aspirin, ibuprofen and sunscreen.
__ Doctor on call.
__ Color brochure with photograph of each participating pro to aid staff members in identifying the pros.
__ Bottle of Champagne presented to tournament champion by locker room staff.
