Layout: water closets

WATER CLOSETS provide complete privacy and add to the “WOW” factor as part of new construction or renovations.

WHEN LOCATED next to a discrete outside wall a fresh air window can be installed in each.  A strong quiet exhaust fan is the norm.  A separate sink for each water closet is also an improved design layout upgrade.

ADDITIONAL PRIVACY can be achieved if the water closets are in an area away from the showers and grooming sinks.
