LOCKER ROOM SERVICE is more than sincerity, not making excuses, cleanliness and attentiveness. If a golfer needs a spike change he or she does not want to find out that the attendant did not order spikes.  When they shower and shave they do not expect to see that the shampoo dispenser and razor blade container needs refilling. Although not as bad, but still a negative, is seeing bottles nearly empty.
