ONCE YOU’VE DECIDED upon the proper setup for amenities and other locker room items, it is important to keep a consistent neat and professional look so the setup is the same all the time rather than being sloppy with items missing or needing to be refilled because of carelessness, laziness or poor training.
PROVIDING SETUP REMINDER PHOTOS for the staff eliminates being forgetful, not knowing how to do the setup and what to include. It also eliminates, “I didn’t know.” or “No one told me.” as excuses.
