MOST OF US like receiving positive attention. However, too much of a good thing can turn into not being a good thing. As important as it is to anticipate needs, the members and guests must be given their space or privacy at times. Thus, it is also important that we do not hover around them but be available when needed. I’ve learned this to be true especially when working a card game and when the golf pros arrive and depart during a professional event.
