Bruce’s TIP OF THE WEEK #80 of 156
Staff Training: being held accountable

ONE OF THE SERVICES provided when I do onsite locker room evaluation “tune-ups” is the arrangement of the sink and shower amenities.  Afterwards, I suggest that a photo be taken of the setup as a reminder of how the amenties are to be consistently arranged (see TIP #20).

ON RETURN VISITS I have been very disappointed a few times to see that the locker room has gone back to its “old ways” of a sloppy arrangement, missing items and amenties that need to be refilled or replaced.

IT MAKES ME wonder why the locker room staff is not being held accountable.  It also then makes me wonder why the next in command is not being held accoutable, too?
