WATER CLOSETS provide complete privacy and add to the “WOW” factor as part of new construction or renovations. When located next to a discrete outside wall a fresh air window can be installed in each. A strong quiet exhaust fan is the norm. A separate sink for each water closet is also an improved design layout upgrade. It is better if the water closets are in an area away from the showers and grooming sinks for the freshness factor. One more important and common sense design feature is to locate the toilet paper holders so they are convenient to reach rather than bumping one’s knee or having to bend to reach it.
