I WISH I still had a full head of hair to brush. However, even if I did I would not use a hair brush after someone else. I remember thinking it was unsanitary back when I was 18 and worked in the locker room at a private country club. 55 years later I still feel the same way.
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS INCLUDE putting clean hair brushes in separate plastic bags along with a basket for the used ones; providing a new hair brush to any member who uses one, which they can keep in their locker; displaying an ultraviolet hair brush sanitizer by the grooming area. Although CLEAN RAY is no longer in business, there options from Salon Equipment Center, Universal Companies and Wayfair Professional. It is also important that the staff maintains cleanliness of the grooming amenities throughout the day, hair brushes included.
